Wanda SG Of course, it's a tradition. Must clean house before the new year. I think it was a tradition created for lazy people.
shinta SG so that the place is clean at least once a year btw, anyone noes how to get to midview building? 50 Bt Batok St 23 #05-19 Midview Bldg. Singapore 659578 i need to go there for an interview tml
Wanda SG Don't think that will happen to me. I remember an old show...Top Secret or something....i was laughing all the way during the show, but my gf found it rather disgusting.
fudgester SG I guess I have a lower disgust threshold. It's very, very funny, but it's also very, very digusting. Borat has left me with a traumatic early adulthood.
the Bear SG was it the ballet scene? i fell off the chair when the "East German Women's Team" came out to present medals for the hero
Wanda SG Can't really recall, coz there were so many funny scenes. I do remember there was a cow scene though...the men were disguised as a cow or something...and that Batman guy Val Kimar was pretending to be a rock singer or something.
av98m SG You'll either find it extremely funny or extremely offensive. In the movie he travels around the US trying to make americans look bad but makes himself look like a complete assclown in the process. I'll withold any further comments until I watch the show.
Wanda SG Oh, he was a rock star? I can't remember, or maybe I got mixed up and that was why it was funny. What av said just made me want to watch the movie even more. Aiya, but the show is now showing in town only.
av98m SG I remember not having a very good opinion of Germans in general because David Hasselhof is a huge star in their country
Wanda SG Actually, I found the Germans surprisingly friendly and warm on my trip to Munich and other parts. I also discovered that the govt provides free uni education for PR or foreign students with no bond, sort of as a way to be a friendlier nation (or sort of to make up for its past).
av98m SG Yeah I'm sure they're nice people. they have beer festivals after all. So I forgive them for David Hassleholf
